| Disclaimer: Absolute Elegance reserves the right, if necessary, to substitute limousines. We are not responsible for unexpected mechanical malfunctions out of our control. Customer is responsible for any damage or excessive soiling of the limousine(s) and its contents. A $250.00 minimum cleaning / repair fee will be charged for excessive cleaning. Driver has sole discretion in determining if member(s) of your party have become unruly or exhibits behavior the driver thinks is unacceptable to him or her. The driver reserves the right to refuse such person(s) admittance to the limousine and can terminate the evening at any time for the safety of all, with NO REFUNDS. Any fines, damages, or legal action resulting from such behavior shall be sole responsibility of the signature holder. We are not responsible for any lost items. NO SMOKING ALLOWED, NO DRINKING FOR ANYONE IF A MINOR IS PRESENT UNDER THE AGE OF 21, PAYMENT IS DUE PRIOR TO DATE REQUESTED. On overtime we charge by 15 minute increments. On proms, specific destination is required, NO BACKPACKS or BAGS ALLOWED in the limousine(s). There will be a $25.00 charge for returned checks or declined credit cards. Any questions or changes in relation to our services will be discussed with the contract holder. |
